How Do I Know If You've Received My Order?
If you have placed an order, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address provided. Included will be an order number - this is your reference number in case you have any questions about your order. Please review the order summary to confirm your order information is correct and save the email as a receipt of your purchase. What's more, if you have a Homary account, you can check the status of your order under the My Orders section of your account profile. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, first check whether your email address is correct and then your junk mail or contact our customer service.
If you'd like another copy of your receipt, you can always go to Account - My Orders and click "View Order" link to the right of the order number. At the top right of the order details page, you'll see a Print Order icon that you can click to print the order receipt.
