●Clear any obstacles along the delivery path. Measure doorways, hallways, stairways, and elevators for height, width, and diagonal clearance to ensure the furniture can pass through. Make sure there is enough space for the furniture to turn smoothly, especially around corners.

3. How do I measure doorways and hallways for delivery?

●Measure the Height, Width, and Diagonal Depth of the doorways and hallways the furniture will pass through. Confirm whether the furniture can go straight through or needs to be angled. Don’t forget to account for door frames, handles, and other potential obstructions.

4. How much space should I leave around my furniture?

●Leave about 18-24 inches between pieces of furniture for easy movement. Also, ensure that outlets, vents, or light switches are not blocked. It’s a good idea to add an extra 1-2 inches when measuring to allow for easier placement.
