Hey ! I am ready to take the chair . When facing the chair , is the love seat on the right or on the left? If on the right ( as pictured above) can it be moved to the left?? If on the left( as pictured in review) can i have order that way?

The love seat is on the right when facing the chair. We cannot change the type now.

The seat height is about 17.72 inches and the back rest is about 13.78 inches.

Will the bottom scratch the floor?

No, you can put a rug if you are worried.

Is sofa and chaise separate piece require assembly? Not sure how I can take it upstair living room with narrow stair way if entire sofa and chaise is inseparable.

It is 2 parts actually, you just need to put them together.
